Delivery & Returns

UK ORDERS

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £20.

Standard UK delivery takes between 2-3 working days. Orders are dispatched the same day on orders before 3pm.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International delivery is £4.05+.

You will be shown the final price prior to checkout by clicking 'View Cart' and entering your country and postcode.

International delivery takes between 5 and 10 days but can sometimes take longer depending on an individual country's customs/postal system.

Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic our carrier, Royal Mail, do not consider an overseas item lost until 45 days after posting. We are unable to resend or refund orders until this time has passed.

RETURNS

All orders are backed by our no-quibble returns policy.

If you’re not delighted with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked. The refund will be back into your payment account within 3-5 working days.

Any product that you wish to return must be in its original condition. 

Please email snazzy.kid@yahoo.com before the return, we'll provide you our return labels.

We cannot take responsibility for lost packages so please obtain proof of postage from the post office.


FAULTY ITEMS

In the case of a faulty item, we will ask you to return the faulty product to us by the same method as detailed above and we will arrange to replace the product with a new one once the item has been confirmed as received by us. If you'd prefer a refund this will be processed within 7 days of the product being returned to us.

In instances where items have been returned to us via Royal Mail/Courier due to non delivery/collection by the customer the total refund will be the order value minus the shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours as long as it hasn't already been dispatched. To do this, please email us at snazzy.kid@yahoo.com
Any cancellations exceeding 24 hours will only be reimbursed at our discretion and assuming the order hasn’t already shipped.
